The treatment method for abnormal noise generated by the power head reducer is to check the oil quality and level of the reducer gear oil. If the gear oil level is lower than the inspection port in the cold state, the reducer should be refueled; If the gear oil contains iron filings, the reducer should be disassembled to check the wear of the gears, and the gear oil should be cleaned and replaced; Check the input shaft and bearings. The reducer with high-speed soil throwing also needs to consider the friction plate. If the friction plate is burned or the butterfly spring has insufficient elasticity, it will cause abnormal noise.
